Q: How many URLs am I allowed to shorten?
A: You are allowed to shorten as many URLs as you want.

Q: What kind of sites are not allowed to be used?
A: You are not allowed to include any adult content, illegal content site. Please do not link a tracker directly to files or images other than an actual web page. See the complete list of terms here.

Q: I signed up for an account and I still can't login yet. All I get is 'Your Account is still waiting for admin approval'. It's been days now, what's going on?
A: Did you complete step two and setup a PayPal subscrption? This is an all paid membership site. There are no free accounts. You must setup a payment subscription before your account will be activated.

Q: Hi there - please help. I can't seem to log in even though I have received confirmation of my log in details months ago.-:)

Q: Can I set-up more than one tracking link to the same URL?
A: The script won't allow multiple tracking links to the exact same URL within a single membership. You can, however, 'trick' the script a little. Here's an example:

Setup a tracker to something like http://extremeezine.com/

Then setup a second tracker to something like http://www.yahoo.com/. Now simply edit http://www.yahoo.com/ and change it to http://extremeezine.com/. Now you have two trackers to the same link. You can do this multiple times if needed.

Q: Is my personal information protected with your company?
A: Any personal information that you provide to any of our businesses are privacy protected. Your information will never be shared or sold to anyone!

Q: A url I wanted to track did not work with your service. You can check it out by going to this full url and clicking the PayPal button at the bottom, see the result, then try the shortened version. it fails.
A:  Some scripts will not work within a framed page. Our cloaked trackers use an invisable top frame in order hide the final destination URL. This top frame may have kept the PayPal payment script from re-directing correctly. This has only been an issue a couple of times and both times it was while using the 7 dollar secrets script. Always test your tracking links and if it's keeping the payment script from working you will need to un-cloak the tracker to correct the problem.

Q: Hi CSC. This non-payment is PayPal's mistake. They tried to debt a bank-code with the wrong transit number, and not surprisingly it did not work. I really like the service you provide and if the payment does not go through again because PayPal seems unable to correct a mistake I will simply re-subscribe.

A: Hi, Thank you for your interest. Unfortunately we can only accept the standard full banner size of 468 by 60 pixels.

Q: Hi, I misunderstood what your program did - I was looking for a program that would create affiliate tracking codes for me/my site that I could assign to my affiliates. Can you please delete my account, I cannot find a place to update the account information or to delete it.
A: Absolutly. Contact use via email or our HelpDesk USING YOUR EMAIL ON RECORD and we'd be happy to delete your account. IMPORTANT: Don't forget to log into PayPal and cancel your payment subscription. That is your responsibilty and no refunds will be issued.

Referral Questions!

Q: Do I earn a monthly referral bonus for referred members that were upgraded to Pro free due to their membership with a qualifying site, partner or affiliate?
A: No, referrals are earned with new 'paid' Pro members only. Free upgrades and promos are not eligible.

Q: I was upgraded to Pro free because I am a member of a qualifying site, partner or affiliate. Can I still receive the Pro member's monthly referral bonus?
A: Yes, Your upgraded status, whether paid or not, entitles you to all of the Pro member's features including the referral bonus. You do, however, need to maintain that third party membership in order to qualify for the free Pro upgrade.

Q: How do I get referrals? Do I have a special referral link?
