Introduction

The following Terms and Conditions control your membership in the Your Ad Tracker program. You agree that you have read and understand this Agreement ("Agreement") and that your membership in the Your Ad Tracker program (the "Program") shall be subject to the following Terms and Conditions between you (the "Member") and Your Ad Tracker, YourAdTracker.com and 4U2BN.com. These Terms and Conditions may be modified at any time by Your Ad Tracker. Please review them from time to time since your ongoing use is subject to the terms and conditions as modified. Your continued participation in Your Ad Tracker after such modification shall be deemed to be your acceptance of any such modification. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not register to become a member of Your Ad Tracker, YourAdTracker.com or 4U2BN.com.

Terms of Service / Participation (TOS)

Member must be 18 years of age or older to participate. Members must provide Your Ad Tracker with accurate, complete and updated registration information, including an accurate name and email address. We require real names. Made up names, handles and initials risk deletion.

To the full extent allowed by applicable law, Your Ad Tracker at its sole discretion and for any or no reason may refuse to accept applications for membership.

Members may not (i) activate or use more than one member account; (ii) select or use a email address of another person; (iii) use a name subject to rights of another person without authorization from that person; (iv) use a false or misleading name or email address to activate or use a member account.

By signing up for the Your Ad Tracker program, Member is opting-in to receive other special offer emails from YourAdTracker.com and 4U2BN.com. If you do not wish to receive these emails, you may cancel your account anytime or use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each email sent. You may unsubscribe anytime while still maintaining access to your account.

Your Ad Tracker, YourAdTracker.com and 4U2BN.com reserves the right to track Member's activity by both IP Address as well as individual browser activity.

Due to the nature of the YourAdTracker service and referral program YourAdTracker will not issue refunds for any reason beyond our control. Refund requests are reviewed on a one on one bases and are the sole discretion and decision of YourAdTracker.

Account Termination;

New policy regarding the reinstatement of canceled accounts: When a member's payment subscription is canceled by the member or PayPal and the member requests their account remain active that member will be required to pay annually at the current annual rate. There will be no trails, no refunds, and no exceptions. To see the reasons behind this policy see New Policy On Canceled Accounts.

If your PayPal payment subscription is canceled for any reason you will need to contact us immediately via our HelpDesk requesting a new custom payment subscription button be created. This must be done within thirty days of the last payment made. If you were still within the free trial period you must contact us immediately as the thirty day grace period doesn't apply.

If your membership has already been deleted you are welcome to sign-up for a new account. The deleted account, including the tracking links, are unrecoverable and will cease to function. We will not be held responsible for deleted account or trackers.

Either YourAdTracker.com or the member may terminate their membership at any time. Any third party payment processor account termination or stop payment is the sole responsibility of the member. No refunds will be issued due to member's failure to cancel the appropriate payment.

Cancelling Your Account: The proper method of cancelling your account is to simply log into your PayPal account and cancel the payment subscription to us [Common Sense Communications or admin@csc4u.com].

If you are unable to cancel your PayPal subscription please contact us via our HelpDesk and we will assist you. Cancelling your PayPal subscription is the only way of closing your account. Any other methods such as sending us an email is too unreliable and we will not accept responsibility for future payments sent after such notices.

Any account/membership termination for any reason will result in the forfeiture of member's unredeemed earnings and permanent deletion of all links associated with your account. Deleted tracking links are non-recoverable. YourAdTracker will not be held responsible for any inconvenience or financial loss due to account termination for any reason.

Causes of Termination;

Non-payment: YourAdTracker is a paid only pro membership site. Appropriate payment must be provided by the member in advance to continue membership. Any payment subscription cancellation or stop payment or the lack of payment in advance may result in account/membership termination. Membership termination will result in the forfeiture of member's unredeemed earnings and permanent deletion of all links associated with your account. YourAdTracker will try to work with members that contact us requesting additional time to resolve any payment issues. If no contact or payment is received from the member YourAdTracker may terminate the account with any earnings and tracking links associated with the account.

Inactive account: Members that setup an account and never logged back in within one year will be considered abandoned and may be deleted.

Dead links: Members are able to edit their tracking links. It’s the member’s responsibility to keep the links clean and working. Dead links hurt our site and service.

Inactive trackers: Members agree to setup tracking links that are excepted to remain active. Tracking links that are no longer active and no longer being promoted must be deleted or edited. Creating large number of trackers that never receive clicks and remain inactive and/or un-promoted hurt our service and are cause for immediate account termination.

Trackers on trackers: This refers to the use of our tracking links to redirect to other tracking links. This includes tracking links from other sites as well. The only reason for all of those re-directs is an attempt to hide your identity and will be considered account abuse and result in immediate account termination. Member agrees to never create a tracking link from another tracking link.

File Linking: Linking tracking links to graphics, files and content other than web pages is in violation of out terms of use. Linking trackers to files or dead links create a huge load on our server. Tracking links are to be created for tracking clicks to web pages only. Examples of web pages may end with website extensions: .htm, .html, .shtml, .asp, .pl, .cgi, .jsp., or .php. Extensions that are used for files such as images, executable or compressed files may not be used to create tracking links. These include but are not limited to: .jpg, .gif, .bmp, .tif, .dat, .zip, .exe, .exc, .tar, .shar. No tracking link is to be created for audio or vidio files such as .avi, .mov, .anm, .mpg, .wav, .mp2/3/4 or any other extension that is not commonly associated as a web page. Linking to an IP address rather than the web page URL is strictly prohibited.

NOTE ABOUT LINK CLOAKING: We cloak your tracking links by adding an invisible one pixel frame above the cloaked webpage. This is effectively 'page framing' and it is your responsibility to insure that is not in violation with that site's policies.

Please check any site's terms and policies before cloaking a tracking link to them. And, PLEASE, never cloak an Amazon.com page or URL with a tracking link and if you have any already cloaked please uncloak them immediately.

Any member that violates another site's policies using our system will loose their account without refund and all their tracking links will cease to function.

YourAdTracker.com and 4U2BN.com has the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel, at any time and for any or no reason, a Member's membership in and access to the Your Ad Tracker Website and the Your Ad Tracker program. All Earnings may be cancelled at Your Ad Tracker's sole discretion, and the Member may be referred to appropriate law enforcement agencies if such action is deemed warranted by YourAdTracker.com and 4U2BN.com.

Member agrees not to abuse his or her membership privileges by acting in a manner inconsistent with this Agreement. Member agrees not to attempt to earn through other than legitimate channels authorized by YourAdTracker.com and 4U2BN.com. Member agrees not to participate in any fraudulent behavior of any kind.

YourAdTracker.com and 4U2BN.com shall be the sole determiner in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of its rules. Any decision Your Ad Tracker makes relating to the cancellation of earnings and the termination of membership shall be final and binding.

Spamming and phishing is strictly prohibited. Any spamming done to advertise Your Ad Tracker or any spamming using tracking links generated from our site will result in immediate termination of your account and a forfeiture of your account balance. Incidents will be dealt with on a case by case basis. You may not use the service in conjunction with SPAM (unsolicited bulk or commercial email) or any illegal activities. Misuse of this service will result in the cancellation of your account and the disabling of all links associated with your account. No warnings or discussions. Using our tracking links for spamming, phishing attempts, porn, wares etc. will result in immediate account termination.

Member's discontinued participation in the Your Ad Tracker program or failure to notify Your Ad Tracker of any email address changes may result in the termination of member's membership and forfeiture of member's unredeemed earnings. Bad, fake or bouncing emails will result in membership termination. Verified emails are required to maintain an account.

Member shall comply with all laws, rules, and regulations that are applicable to Member. Member acknowledges that Member may only participate in the Your Ad Tracker program if and to the extent that such participation is permitted by such laws, rules, and regulations.

If member objects to any of the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement, or any subsequent modifications to this agreement, or becomes dissatisfied with the Program, member's only recourse is to immediately discontinue participation in the Your Ad Tracker program and properly request termination of his or her membership. Membership termination request can be requested anytime by sending an email to admin@youradtracker.com from the same email address we have on file. If you no longer have access to the email we have on file we may need further information to verify your identity.

Disclaimers

MEMBER EXPRESSLY AGREES THAT USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT MEMBER'S SOLE RISK. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Your Ad Tracker EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED BY LAW, CUSTOM OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. Your Ad Tracker YOURADTRACKER.COM AND 4U2BN.COM MAKES NO WARRANTY REGARDING ANY GOODS OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED THROUGH THE PROGRAM OR ANY TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH THE PROGRAM.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NEITHER Your Ad Tracker NOR ANY OF ITS MEMBERS, SUBSIDIARIES, PUBLISHERS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, LICENSORS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS OR EMPLOYEES SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT, RESULTING FROM THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE OR FOR THE COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS AND SERVICES OR RESULTING FROM ANY GOODS OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED OR MESSAGES RECEIVED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH THE PROGRAM OR RESULTING FROM UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF USER'S TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE, EVEN IF SUCH PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, Your Ad Tracker YourAdTracker.com and 4U2BN.com uses appropriate industry standard procedures to safeguard the confidentiality of Member's personal information, such as firewall, encryption, token authentication, application proxies, monitoring technology, and adaptive analysis of the Website's traffic to track abuse of the Your Ad TrackerYourAdTracker.com and 4U2BN.com Websites and their data. However, no data transmitted over the Internet can be 100% secure. As a result, while Your Ad Tracker strives to protect its Members personal information, Your Ad Tracker cannot guarantee the security of any information that Members transmit to or from the participating advertisers/merchants and Member does so at his/her own risk.

This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between Member and YourAdTracker.com and 4U2BN.com Your Ad Tracker in connection with general membership in the Your Ad Tracker program and supersedes all prior agreements between the parties regarding the subject matter contained herein. If any provision of this AGREEMENT is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the other provisions of this AGREEMENT will remain in force. No failure of either party to exercise or enforce any of its rights under this AGREEMENT will act as a waiver of such rights.

Use of the service or participation in our affiliate program does not guarantee that you will make money. Referrals are earned with new 'paid' Pro members only. Free upgrades and promos are not eligible. Free and Upgraded members (even those upgraded free) can earn monthly referral payments for new 'paid' Pro Members! Referrals paid only to referrers with active memberships. Memberships must be maintained to qualify each month

Privacy Policy

We will never rent or sell your contact information to third parties. By registering and using this service, you agree to receive occasional emails from the site administrator. These will range from site updates and newsletters to advertisements from the owners on their behalf and/or third party advertisers. We will not give, sell or disclose your email or any other information to outside sources. Any paid third party advertising will be sent by our site on their behalf. You will not be overwhelmed by email from us for any reason including advertising. If you do not agree to these terms please do not register and/or delete your account.We HATE spam.
